Handpicked Club’s responsibility to the site’s content and comments of its members will under no circumstances be liable for offensive, inaccurate or defective content and/or product recommendations. Handpicked Club cannot monitor all product recommendations or comments made to the site, but will still, however, reserve the right to delete or edit any material to recommendations and/or comments that are obscene, offensive or otherwise objectionable in keeping up the standards of the Web Site. If Handpicked Club chooses to edit or remove a recommendation or comment, it does not assume full responsibility of the content of the particular post.

Prices from Anemone Jewelry may fluctuate over time. Handpicked Club will not be responsible for price accuracy on recommended products featured on the Web Site. Handpicked will also not be responsible for product availability, purchasing from Anemone Jewelry and subsequent shipping and distribution.

Visitor and Member responsibility

Members and visitors of/to Handpicked Club must adhere to certain standards of behaviour. You agree not to post or otherwise make:

The images made available to you by Anemone Jewelry and Handpicked Club are protected by copyright and trademark laws of Ukraine, the United States and other countries. Before using product images for any purpose other than recommending on Handpicked Club, you may need to obtain the authorization of the original owner of the materials. It is your responsibility to obtain authorizations to use product images or text that may be required; Handpicked Club cannot and will not give you this authorization. We cannot guarantee that Handpicked will not locate unintended or objectionable content and Handpicked accepts no responsibility or liability for the content of any images or text included in any Handpicked product features.

If a product image is disclosed as a third party vendor's exclusive intellectual property, it will be removed immediately upon request sent directly to handpickedrings@gmail.com.

Liability

In no event shall Handpicked Club be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from your use of the Web Site, even if Handpicked Club has been advised of the possibility of such damages, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein.

Disputes

Refunds and Exchanges

If the item received is damaged, bad quality or you've been sent the wrong item, please take good close-up pictures of the problem in the item and email us the photos together with the order's number or your full name. Once the problem is clarified, we will offer you the best solution according to the situation, our main goal is to make sure you are satisfied.

If products are not defective, but you find them unsuitable or you have simply changed your mind, you could return them for replacement or a refund but we must be notified within 7 days from the arrival date of the shipment and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost back to the vendor.

Items will be accepted back within 30 days of receiving them, only in its original box and in a good condition.
